I m a 37 Yr old male professional currently living in Auckland CBD and working with Uniservices which is part of Auckland University. I am a clean and tidy non smoker don’t drink, pay rent on time I am quite chilled and love cooking, playing board games, travelling, going for walks and being active, like social banters over coffee or shared meals with other room mates. Like watching movies and listening to music. Sadly my property owner has decided to sell the property i am currently flatting in and therefore I am looking to move to another flat in or near Auckland city preferably furnished (a Bed is more than enough)
