Kyle

Kia Ora, My name is Kyle (24) and I’m on the lookout for a furnished room within the CBD/Grafton area. My budget is up to $230 per week, including expenses/utilities (but I am willing to pay a little more for the right place). A place with a car park would be preferable but not necessary. I am also ideally looking for flatmates around my age. I am planning to move up to Auckland from Christchurch on the week starting the 23rd of August, so I won’t be able to move in until then but I thought it’d be worth seeing what’s out there.

A little about me:

• I will be working full-time.
• I am laid back and easy-going.
• Enjoys the company of others (so a social group of flatmates would be perfect) but also likes to relax after a long day at work.
• I like my space neat and organized, so cleanliness is not an issue.
