Full time employed as an events coordinator in arts and entertainment. I work 8-5 Monday - Friday Considerate Rent budget is negotiable more than happy to pay around/ near $240 + expenses. Looking for a place near CBD I do have a rabbit Otis, they sleep in a hutch outside and are fully toilet trained, neutered and extremely well behaved. Very small and sweet. I love drawing and art. Just looking for somewhere closer to my work and that is somewhat nice! My friends are not looking to move right now so just keen to move to a new place at the end of this month after my lease ends!
