Kia ora, We are two female roommates, looking for a longer-term property and have started our search. We are ideally looking for another person/couple (open to either!) to get a 3 or 4 bedroom property in the Sumner- Lytletton/ Sumner- Woolston areas, as we love the community and these are areas commutable to our work. We are both in full-time employment and enjoy the social aspects of flatting, but also appreciate that people need/like their own space! We are looking for someone who can provide good tenancy references or character references for future applications to make the process smooth, is house-proud, and male/female will be considered. We both enjoy tramping and the outdoors, Netflix nights, and cooking together! Freya is 20, and I am 27, so ideally looking for someone 20-32, but this could be dependent on the right fit!
