We are looking for one of two things:

1. a third person to move into a flat with us to help us with bills,

2. a flat that currently has two bedrooms available.

We aren’t party animals, however can get quite loud when we are having a laugh. We like music, privacy and people who are clean and considerate. Your room is your room, however we expect that you are tidy in common areas and help participate in general cleaning within the house. Smokers are fine (outside), 420 friendly. Good shower water pressure is a must ❤️
