Iām a reliable and communicative person, with a strong sense of responsibility for keeping the property clean and maintained. Iām always open to discussing any issues or concerns that may arise, and I believe in maintaining a transparent and honest living environment. Iām also very respectful of personal space and privacy, and Iām sure we can establish clear boundaries from the start.
In terms of household chores, Iām more than willing to chip in. I enjoy cooking and eating local organic, and Iām happy to share meals if that works for both of us. I eat meat and will want to cook stews and the odd fish pie. I also understand the importance of keeping shared spaces clean and tidy, and Iām sure we can establish a fair rotation for cleaning tasks. I volunteer at a local church Elim and volunteer with local Marae gardens. Iām involved in a loca pony club out in East Auckland some weekends and Pakuranga tennis club and go to a gym most nights. I shower at gym so wont use house shower. A nice bright kitchen is important for me.
