Hey there! My name is James and I’m looking for a new flat in 2025. I am a third year law student studying at VUW, and would ideally be looking for an accessible flat with easy commutes to campus. As a flatmate, I place a lot of importance on respecting shared areas. I work hard to be considerate, tidy and mindful of boundaries. I am also social, curious about others and their interests, and am looking to connect with the people I will be living with. A bit more about me personally, I really enjoy storytelling in almost any form (movies, tv, theatre, books etc). I’ll rant about football for ages, and I’m a big fan of running and biking. In terms of a flatting situation, I’m not too keen on signing on to a long term fixed lease, would prefer a periodic lease, a short fixed term, or to sublet from someone else.
