🏡 URGENT Seeking a Place to Rent in West Auckland! 🏡

Hi everyone, my boyfriend and I are in urgent need of a rental in West Auckland and would be incredibly grateful for any leads or recommendations. We’re ready to move in as soon as possible!

We’re looking for a 1- or 2-bedroom place—a townhouse, granny flat, or house would be ideal. Our budget is $450 per week max, and it’s important that the location is close to trains, buses, or other public transport for easy commuting. Suburbs like Te Atatū, New Lynn, Sunnyvale, Henderson, or Westgate would be perfect, but we’re open to other nearby areas too.

A little about us: 🌟 I’m working part-time and love crafting, exploring the outdoors, and staying creative in my free time. 🌟 My boyfriend works in retail and is studying a youth work diploma at Unitec. He’s passionate about helping others, enjoys music, being outside, and relaxing with a good movie.

We’re quiet, responsible tenants who value a clean, tidy home. We’re financially stable, always pay rent on time, and will take excellent care of the property.
