Hi, I’m Lorenas, a 26-year-old from Lithuania moving to Auckland at the end of January on a Working Holiday Visa. I’m looking for a furnished room with at least a bed, table, and wardrobe, in a flat where the kitchen is equipped with all the necessary essentials. Ideally, I’d love to live in neighborhoods like Takapuna, Devonport, Herne Bay, Westmere, Point Chevalier, Ponsonby, Epsom, Remuera, Mission Bay, Kohimarama, St Heliers as they have good public transport, and are close to parks, beaches, and other amenities. However, I’m open to other neighborhoods as long as they have good public transportation access. I’m planning to stay for 3-4 months, with the possibility of extending my stay. My budget is up to 330 NZD per week, including bills. A bit about me: I’ve been living in my own flat in Lithuania, so I deeply value a clean, organized, and welcoming space. I’m a non-smoker and don’t drink, and I take pride in keeping my environment tidy and respectful. I enjoy cooking, staying active with sports, and going on group trips to explore new places. In my free time, I’d love to live with flatmates who are open to playing board games, cooking together, or going on outings. At the same time, I value privacy and understand how important it is to have personal time to relax and recharge. I believe in creating a balanced and harmonious home, where everyone feels comfortable and respected. I consider myself friendly, honest, and approachable.
