Hi, my name is Matias, and I am interested in renting a room in Auckland, preferably with a private bathroom and a parking space. I am 51 years old, originally from Argentina, and I currently work as a sales and marketing consultant for a beverage importer in New Zealand. I have been living in New Zealand for the past two years and am currently on vacation visiting family and friends. I am looking for a comfortable place to call home upon my return to New Zealand at the end of February 2025.

I consider myself responsible, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces. I have a stable income and can provide references if needed. Could you please let me know if the room is still available?
