Hi there! My name is Kim and I’m a 17 year old student. I have a years worth of rent and expenses saved up from my previous jobs to help afford living as I look for a part/full time job in whangarei ( rent will never be late!) . I’m money savvy, great with kids and animals, friendly, clean, and I love to cook! I am not a party animal nor do I drink or smoke. However, I am totally chill with flatmates who do. I’m interested in staying long term as I am taking a couple of gap years off and would also prefer if my roommates were also women.
