I’m easy going, friendly, honest, clean and tidy. I’m a working professional and recently moved to NZ from Australia for work. I enjoy being active, social drinking but like my down time too (movies, music). I have a cosy 3 BR house in the Hillcrest area, walking distance to the Uni, Hamilton Gardens and lots of parks, shops and bus stops. I have a room available for 1 person for short/long term stay, it’s furnished with a double bed, bedside table, a built-in cupboard and a large window for lots of Kiwi sunshine. The 3rd bedroom is reserved as a study which I am happy to share. Price includes all amenities (room, electricity, gas and unlimited internet), you’ll just be responsible for your own food and cooking. I will be comfortable around that are also, tidy, easy going, respectful and friendly.
