We have a clean, fully furnished room with wireless broadband and comfortable furniture ~ mostly retro style.
The house has a sub-tropical feel with green outlooks to our garden.

We are walking distance or a one stage bus ride to downtown Auckland.
Grey Lynn is a classic older suburb and the main shops (supermarket, library, cafes and buses) are 5 - 7 mins walk up the road.
There is also an extensive bird life park, the Zoo and Motat a few minutes walk away.
All expenses included Except for electricity and your own food and personal necessities.
