Shanon's room

Hi,

We have a large room available in Grey Lynn available immediately. The room will be perfect for a couple as it has its own bathroom, entrance, large wardrobe and gets all day sun. The room will comfortably fit a king size bed, desk, couch etc

We are located on Crummer Road and thus are walking distance to pretty much anything you may need… the park, cafes, supermarket, public transport etc

The house has been renovated and features all the usual mod cons, heat pump, double glazing and fiber internet.

There is a open plan lounge and well equipped kitchen (induction stove, pyrolytic oven, 2 fridges etc).

Outside, we have a large sunny and covered deck and vegetable garden in the back yard.

Parking is available on the street, but you require a permit from the council if you want to park directly outside.

We are after a couple or individual that is chill, considerate of others and tidies up after themselves. We enjoy socializing with each other and friends, but when doing so, we always check in with each other.

We could be keen for a well behaved dog if you have one, not really keen on the cats though…

The price is $380 for a single or $450 for a couple. This includes all expenses, (utilities, fiber internet, cleaner fortnightly)

One couple and two girls, all around mid 20s to mid 30s. We are very chill and well balanced, we enjoy each others company but respect each others space as well.
