Friendly quiet and pleasant home in East Auckland/Remuera shared with myself (24 year old nursing student) and my mum who is Chinese. Decent sized room with good wardrobe and shared bathroom. Two stories and four bedrooms. Close to bus stops into city and supermarket located at Meadowbank mall (5 minute walk)

My mum and I are friendly and also have a little Old dog Who is really Sweet and chill and usually does his own thing. My mum works full time and is pretty busy and I am busy too about to graduate and work as a nurse doing shift work. Looking for a female who wants a room With a more quiet and private environment but of course positive :)
