Modern/tidy recently renovated flat in Mount Roskill/Hillsborough area. Warm with heaps of sunshine. 3 minutes from motorway, 10 - 15 minutes to airport. 5 minutes to supermarkets, takeaways etc. Bus Stop to town 100 meters, although you probs still want a car! Parking available $190 per week + $30 dollars expenses Bathroom is shared with one other person, it has two hand basins heaps of space for each of you Room fits Queen or King, drawers and has 1 cupboard for clothes another for storage Keith Hay Park about 5 minutes’ walk, great park for exercising and just getting out if we have future lockdowns..!

Three existing flat mates – 25F, 29F, 30M (one couple). We’re all pretty chill, work pretty hard on the weekdays, exercise etc. Not a party flat but like to have nice wine over dinner and board game afternoons on a Sunday. We’re looking for someone like us down to earth, tidy, considerate, able to do their own thing but also is keen to help keep this place feeling like a home for all of us.
