Looking to share the house with a professional and capable to pay rent on time. Has to be tidy and helps with maintaining the house. Room available in Melville. Location near Hospital. Has one spot of parking for roommate. Rent includes bills. House is furnished but no bed in the extra room. Roommate to provide one. I have extra drawers you can use. You will have your own bathroom and walk in closet. Shared lounge, kitchen, dining and laundry with me. I am currently renting the property and looking to share the rent. I will require references and identifications along the process as this is required by the property manager of the house.

I am a nurse working in my late 20s. Pretty busy person works 5 days a week.
