About the room
We have 2 bedrooms available within our Mt Albert Villa. It has a huge house, and is warm and dry. We are looking for flatmates to join our great environment who are chill and reliable.
The bedroom leads onto a bathroom that you will share with one other. Gas Heated water provides continuous hot showers.
We are a couple who work full time, the house is huge, it is actually 5 bedrooms however we will only rent out 2 rooms so there is plenty of space. The room is perfect for a full time professional or a student.
Expenses include: Cleaner for the house Power Water Gas Internet Gardner/Lawns Bond is two weeks rent.
