One huge Single Bedroom available for rent in a Large 4 Bedroom House! This is the Master Bedroom of the house.

-I’ve just recently renewed the lease and we’re good to stay here for at least a year and even longer upon agreement with the landlord, who’s super cool.

-The house has a large deck and a moderately big balcony that provides a beautiful view of Hillcrest, ideal place to enjoy your breakfast / morning tea or coffee.

-The room up for rent will be unfurnished once the current flat-mate takes their belongings away. The room is huge, like really huge (4.2m x 4.6m) and it has got a very big closet too!

-We are all working professionals, friendly and easy-going. Everyone has different work hours and busy with personal and work-life but every now and then we catch up, etc. We prefer someone like minded i.e. friendly, sociable, pay rent timely, etc.

-Smokers okay as long as you smoke outside the house. Parking is available on the street.

-Power, water and internet bills are NOT included in the rent and split equally monthly.

-Move in cost : a week’s rent in advance ($250) and just $250 bond (the bond is just a security deposit, totally refundable on exit) = $500 in total

-You’ll get your own key to access the house.

-Upon moving you’ll sign a ‘flat-share agreement’, which is the standard one available in tenancy website.
