1 FLATMATE WANTED @ $230 per week including bills. +3 weeks rent as a bond. We are looking for a flatmate to join us in our fully furnished 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom house located in Newlands. The house and your bedroom has panoramic views of Wellington and Mt Kaukau. Please note the bedroom will only need a bed as there is ample built-in storage. In addition, there is a large elevated outdoor area that looks over Wellington where there is a brazier lit during epic sunsets. Storage is not an issue, with plenty of space for mountain bikes, kayaks etc. Transport: offstreet park, 3 mins to New World, 5 mins to Johnsonville. Commute to City is 8 mins by car off-peak, 15-20 peak-hour. Bus stop is a 4 minute walk and takes approx 30-40 mins. There is a heat pump in each main bedroom and an additional heat pump and wetback wood burner upstairs to be nice an warm during winter months. Furthmore, there is unlimited fibre internet installed. Unfortunately, we will not be accepting couples or smokers. Pets are negotiable. The room is available now.

You would be sharing with an active, chilled, and social professional couple our late 20’s/early 30’s. We would be looking for somebody who is similar who doesn’t mind socialising on occasion.
