Ponsonby-Grey Lynn's room

Hi there, we have a house in an intercity character suburb called Grey Lynn. I have a clean, fully furnished room with wireless broadband and comfortable furniture ~ mostly retro style. A 3 bedroom family house is on a hill and north facing it is very sunny and warm. It has a private and fenced back yard. The location is walking distance or a one stage bus ride to downtown Auckland. Grey Lynn is a classic older suburb and the main shops (supermarket, library, cafes and buses) are 5 - 7 mins walk up the road. All expenses are included except your own food and personal necessities.

I work from home and am looking for a person to share the bills and appreciate a home environment. I like self-sufficient people who take care of the home and respect the space of others.
