Have 1 bedroom available in Glen Eden, good sized unfurnished room (from memory its like 4mx4m, not even including wardrobe in those measurements) with built in wardrobe, off street parking for up to 2 cars if needed, the house has a big lounge with working fireplace and HRV system, deck, decent sized back yard. I’m looking for someone who is clean and tidy preferably a working professional and somewhat sociable for a long term flat mate. $250 rent a week includes water power and internet, but obviously if power bill is very high i may ask for a little bit more.
