This open plan studio is bathed in natural light and a joy to live in with it meditational views, tactile furnishings and, hand painted floor. It has a private entrance, balcony, screen door, alarm, kitchenette, bathroom, new king single bed, wardrobe, built in couches (being fabricated,) book shelves, office, storage / meditation space and new curtains being made. Located on the third level of a pole house, this studio overlooks wild flower terraces, and views through the native trees to the ever-changing Manukau Harbour. The garden has been planted for insects, with an open invitation to cultivate something of your own.

Independent of the garden studio, are the two storeys above, which are occupied by one tenant with occasional woofers who come to help manage the land. This tenant is an artist and has been a contented resident for 20 years. The most recent addition is a cute 1 year old kitty from the SPCA. She has no depth perception as she is crossed eyed and she only has 3 legs. Tippy needs TLC from all who live nearby so please, cat lovers only to apply.
