Hello! We have a room available in our flat in Grafton! This is a 2 story house with 4 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large living area.

Available bedroom is mostly unfurnished but the chest of drawers and built in wardrobe is included.

Auckland hospital/Uni/Grafton train station is a 10 minute walk away. Newmarket Westfield is a 20 minute walk away. Mnt Eden is also in the area.

If you have a car you can park it in our double garage!

Rent is $235 a week for a single person (including power, internet and water). Couples negotiable.

Current roomies are three females - various ages. One works at the Uni, one in retail and the other at the hospital. We aren’t a party flat but like to spend the odd evening when we’re altogether to watch Netflix/play a board game, drink wine and chat!
