Four bedrooms upstairs with 2.5 bathrooms, and rest of living space. Open plan lounge with heaps of light and adjoining deck. Sit back and watch the world go by from your comfy couch. Full harbour and skytower views from the couch. Open flow to kitchen/dining which has everything you need area and opens onto deck and BBQ area.

A downstairs small double with its own en-suite has come up.$250 or possibly another space in the house if you choose? $215 Rent and room is open is negotiable for the right person(s).

Exp $45 pp per week. Includes Unlimited Broadband, water, power, Shared basics, condiments, cleaning products - all that kind of stuff so we don’t have 3 salt shakers and 3 milks taking up all the fridge space ;) Shared account with eftpos card. Cleaners for bathrooms and common areas.

I’m female, 40’s, a yachtie, consultant, dog owner. Enjoy a good social life with a quite peaceful home life. Happy to have friends and family over with consideration of others. Parties on special occasions. Lugh (dog) is a 4 yr old ridgeback cross, loves long walks and games of tug. A wonderful couple (30’s), nurse and IT that are getting their own place built near by and so are we us until that happens next year. Another male (50) that works in tech support and sales for OT, physical support. We have a great vibe and heaps of space to share or be private. We are a relaxed homely group that enjoys some meals and drinks together and are general good mates.
