We are looking to fill a spare single bedroom in our house. It is located in newlands which is a 10 minute drive into the city. The bus stop to head into town is literally opposite the house and takes 15 minutes to get into the city. The room is furnished or can be unfurnished if needed. The rest of the house is furnished. It is a very well insulated place with heat pumps and a fireplace. We have a secured car park that can be used and plenty of off street parking. We are a couple who work full time. We are very laid back and easy going. We have one other flat mate who works full time (night shifts).
