We have a spacious double bedroom (unfurnished) in Auckland CBD – Hobson St, available NOW. This room is available for single occupancy as the maximum tenants allowed is 3 (sorry couples) This is a roomy apartment at 65m² and boasting a full kitchen, new carpet and fresh paint with washer and dryer. This apartment has a chilled/relaxed atmosphere and we both also enjoy being social over the occasional drink. The building itself is well cared for. Very clean and secure and also has a gym. Only a short 600m to Britomart Station with the city at your doorstep. Rent is $280 per week/inclusive of all utilities (power, water, unlimited ultrafast broadband ;-) Bond = 2 weeks rent with total move in cost being $500. Ideally we are looking for someone long term.
