It shares a driveway with one other household and is located slightly off the road behind one house and in front of another. There is space up the driveway for parking off the road. Some spaces may be taken but flatmate who is leaving usually keeps a car there so you would be able to keep your car in that place. The neighbourhood is safe and the house is very close to many bus services along mount albert road, through EPSOM and along Mt Eden Road.

The bedroom available will be furnished with a queen sized bed, desk, chair, bedside table, bookshelf and wardrobe. Your own bedding will be required however.

There are 3 other friendly flatmates. All young female university students between the ages of 19-21. It is likely however, that only 2 will be living at the flat for most of summer. It is likely that they will be working full-time over summer. We have a very loving, friendly and supportive flat so we are looking for somebody who is tolerant and understanding so that we keep the happy environment.
