The room can easily fit a double or a queen bed and still have room for additional items. Also has a large built-in wardrobe.
Can provide a single bed for an additional price, otherwise, the room is unfurnished.
Close to both Glenfield and Birkenhead mall Bus stop less than a minute away (20 mins to CBD) Close to Z station Close to dairy and fish and chips shop
The rest of the house is furnished, you just need stuff for your room.
Need this room taken ASAP as I’m moving out and need someone to take over.
The lease ends on the 16th of February 2021, but the landlord is all goods with it being renewed. No pets or smokers.
About the roomies
Flatmates are super chill and nice and usually keep to their selves. So it’s all goods if you’re not a super social person, but if you do want chats they’re welcome to it.
