With Tinakori Village just 5 mins walk down the street, and Kelburn Village 15 mins in the other direction the house on Glenmore St is well placed for convenience, though sheltered from the hustle bustle of the city centre.

The bedroom gets heaps of sunlight. Even during the colder months, the space gets enough light to warm up and prevent damp from forming, (something we were worried about as newbies to Wellie this winter).

As we’re coming into the summer i’m hoping that our replacements will enjoy the outdoor space and look after the veggies which are currently struggling in the garden.
