Sunny, leafy home with LOTS of space - a great summer house! The room for rent is a very private over-sized room set in the whole upstairs area of the house. It fits a kingsized bed, with additional room for a lounge/tv area, and has its own private balcony (with expansive views), a large walk in wardrobe and your own private ensuite.

The shared areas include a large deck/outdoor area (that gets all day sun), lots of trees/grass and an internal laundry with dryer. The lounge and dining are two large rooms, again, with lots of light and all day sun.

You will be living with a male & female (couple), a male, and a cat called meow meow (she does her own thing). We are all in our mid-thirties, enjoy socialising, but enjoy quiet time too - this house is a home that is kept neat and tidy for all to enjoy. As a plus, we each have our own bathrooms, so no one has to share. Rent includes expenses - power, internet, water :)
