About the room
A room has become available at our lovely home on Remuera Rd within walking distance of Newmarket. We are close to Westfield, train station and lots of bus stops as well as some lovely cafes and restaurants.
Room is available SHORT TERM from 2 April to 5 May.
We are looking for a social easy going clean flattie that works full time similar age mid 20s - 30s. Rent is $220 p/w incl bills.
House is nice and bright located behind church so is quiet while being in central location. We have a nice little deck area for some summer bbqs.

About the roomies
2 working professionals French female (27) and Irish male (35) Working mix of at home and in the office. Both work 8/9 to 5/6.
