Room is unfurnished, pictures are with staged furniture.

This is a separate flat from main house, and you’ll have your own lounge which comes equipped with a kitchenette (has a rangehood so more than welcome to do simple stir fry). You’ll enjoy a good-sized bedroom and a walk-in wardrobe which can be used as a small home office. Water bills included, but shared electricity. You will have to tap the Wi-Fi from the main house which can sometimes be unreliable but no complaint so far.

5mins drive to Mt Albert Pak N Save, 7mins to UniTec (off-peak), 15 mins drive to CBD (off-peak)

We are a young family of four, who are very early risers and sleep rather early. We are normally not home until evening time, and if you’re someone who prefer peace and quiet in the day, you’ll love what we have to offer
