Hi looking for a quiet flat mate for one of the rooms in my house, it’s a master room with own toilet shower(no sharing). Prefer someone full time working, quiet and keeps place neat and clean. We are three people in the house; all in mid to late 20s and share works around the house. Bond will be three weeks to move in, rent includes internet, power is shared. No pets, smokers and visitors for stay overs/party.
