About the room
We have two rooms to choose from in a two level home. One single room with a wardrobe and small balcony and another room that is very large with no wardrobe, private balcony and stunning city harbour views.
Beautiful four bedroom Lockwood home with lots of character to it. There is three bedrooms upstairs and an office space. Located downstairs is the main lounge, kitchen and fourth bedroom.
Outdoor private garden.
Our home is a short trip away from the local Marina and restaurants, or the Ferry and Catalina Bay waterfront. 10 minute drive to Albany shopping centre and Massey University. Take a 5 minute walk to local supermarkets New World or Countdown.
About the roomies
I am a female originally from the Pacific but have been in New Zealand for most of my life. I live with my 18 year old son who has recently graduated high school and will be attending Auckland University. We are very friendly, humble, respectful and outgoing people. I am looking for someone who is clean tidy and respectful to join our home.
