I’m looking for a part-time flatmate - someone who works in Auckland during the week (even just a couple of days is fine). Rent negotiable according to how many days a week you are there - $50 per night, not per week. More than just renting a room, you’ll be part of a community in a brand new flat in a brand new amazing sustainable eco-friendly apartment complex. Close to everything, walk to Countdown. (The photos shown are from the website - they are not the actual flat, but give you an idea of the look of the apartment complex.) Alternatively, I would be interested in short term flatmates who are looking for a place to stay for a month or two. $250 per week.

You’ll be sharing the flat with me. I’m a researcher at University of Auckland. 60 years old, easygoing, into yoga, books, walks, visiting with friends.
