Hi! I’m looking for a flatmate to move in time from now in Te Atatu South. It’s a spacious 2 bedroom house with lots of light and breeze through the day. The room gets the best of the morning sun and could easily fit any bed plus desk and some shelves in it, with lots of room to spare! Some furniture could be included like side tables etc as well. There’s also a built in wardrobe in the room. Alternatively the second room is much bigger again and comes with a window seat. We’ve got a lovely big backyard as well and a deck which is facing west and great for those sunset pics. The house is down a quite dead-end street and very peaceful. However it’s still only 3-5 mins away from the motorway and it’ll take around 15-20 mins to get to the city. It’s also pretty handy for public transport. Rent is $220 a week and it’s a about $20 a week for expenses (water, wifi & power).

I’ll be the only other flatmate, I’m in my early twenties and working full-time and will continue the last semester of my undergrad in March at UOA. I really reading and relaxing at the end of the day, but I also love to hangout and I’m always up for a chat and a glass of wine! 😊 I love cooking so I’ll probably feed you a lot and I have a rapidly growing plant collection as well 🌱Just looking for someone chill, tidy and clean who just wants to coexist harmoniously haha. Definitely not a party flat, but there wouldn’t be a problem having people round for a few drinks etc..
