About the room
Fully insulated house, I am going to rent two rooms plus one shared room out located on the ground floor only. The hosts (my parents) will stay upstairs. No kitchen on the ground floor, prefer no cooking upstairs, but there is a electric frypan provided in the garage. A small size of refrigerator is provided too. Available from 31 Jan, but prefer to contact me before 24 Jan as I am about to go oversea. Many thanks.
Rental is $150/room/wk. Bond is $300/room/wk.
Only 2 mins walk from the sea!!!
Car park available both on the drive way and on the public parking lot (near the cul-de-sac)

About the roomies
I will take risks to settle in overseas from 25 Jan, my parents (in their mid 60s) will be the hosts of the house. They will move to upstairs. They speak very limited English. Any questions, I am the main contact person.
