There will be a little extra expense to cover power and shared household necessities such as toilet paper, soap, and cleaning products!

Bond is 4 weeks rent in advance, and the flat will come fully furnished apart from your room. 🛋 Move in date is from the 15th of Feb onwards! Close to Wellington city, short commute on nearby bus route or in the car 🚗

The owner/landlord is our neighbour and will take care of the gardens and lawns in the flats courtyard which is one less expense and means the outdoor area is very low maintenance! 😊

This property is strictly no pets and no smokers/vapers inside and outside the property including visitors! This isn’t a party flat and isn’t suitable for large gatherings.

The property is nestled in a quiet cul-de-sac and with it being a downstairs unit there is only on street parking, but plenty of it!
