A double bedroom with a built in wardrobe and en-suite is up for rent in a 3 bedroom townhouse in Albany.

The room is very spacious something that you don’t come across like this so often. The house is nearly new so you don’t have to worry about the chilly winters. A few minutes drive to the motorway, Albany mall, Massey University & lot of restaurants & cafe’s at a walking distance. You can take a walk to the park or enjoy the bushwalks in the area. The bus stop is right just besides the house.

You must clean up after yourself, respectful of others privacy, pay your bills on time and most importantly a dog friendly person.

A Queen bed with mattress is included in the room. The room is downstairs. You have a separate entrance for full privacy,

Suitable for a single person - student or working professional who is a private person. Cooking not allowed but you can use the kitchen.

$265 per week for a single person.

Power, water, gas and internet included - if used wisely or buoy pay for surplus usage. Laundry not included.

Off street parking on first come first serve basis. Move in cost: 2 weeks rent as bond and 1 week in advance.

**You MUST be a dog friendly person and comfortable around big dogs **
