Room is unfurnished, in a nice quiet area, minute walk to bus stop and 5 minute walk to beach, about 10minutes drive to Papamoa plaza and bayfair if that...rent doesn't cover food or personal items.this not a party house and no drugs etc....no couples ...must be working.
