Furnished double room with ensuite, large open wardrobe, private entrance, small deck, and use of garage. Recent extension to house with double glazing and french doors to outside. Quiet street in nice area. Close to mall, gym and pool. House is on full size back section. Good neighbours. Room can be furnished or not.

I am a quiet living, perfectly sane, normal person with good sense of humour. Have been known to heckle the news on tv from time to time. I am quite social but also enjoy my quiet space. No pets, but neighbours cats use the property like they own it. I feed the hedgehogs (good to keep slugs and snails off small vegie garden). Am sustainability minded (could do more though). I like to cook and am known to be a good baker. Looking for a professional flatmate, prefer long term but short term considered.
