Ryan's room

We’re looking for a couple to move into the largest room in our two story villa with harbour bridge views at the end of March. Located 30sec walk from Three Lamps. Easy access to public transport and the Northern Motorway. Gets loads of sun on both the upstairs and downstairs balconies, great for sitting and reading or having a bevvy/bbq. There’s 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and the kitchen is lovely and spacious - great if you’re into cooking. The current couple are moving out to head back to Aus to live.

You’ll be living with two guys and a girl all in our mid-late 20s. A graphic designer, a tattoo artist and a sales specialist. We’re sociable and will have a drink or watch telly together in the lounge but also like to do our own thing.
