Master room available, toilet and bathroom (separate rooms) shared with 2 others (a working/studying couple in their early 20s). Shared kitchen and laundry, no cats or dogs sorry, smokers ok outside, must like animals. Also the $360 security deposit required above is actually 2 weeks in advance (to cover your first and last week or damages) can also provide a queen bed if needed. The main house is shared with the people mentioned above, and I’m 34 and in the back flat but use the house kitchen, drinking and smoking are fine as long as it’s not all night and bothering the other flatmates and smoking is outside :)
