Lion Place

Hi everyone, this unit is a 2bed2bath unit with 1 parking (but we are using it). It is a definitely much comfortable home in a new building complex, fully furnished in Epsom area hence the higher rent. It is very near Grafton Station, near to several buses and nearby are large supermarkets which is very accessible.

I am currently studying Medicine and my partner is taking his Masters in Dietetics as well. We are both from Singapore, very chill and love to make you feel at home too. We appreciate our time alone on the weekends and give you your own space, yet can be sociable too weekdays and weekends!
