A decent sized single room with a single wardrobe in a 3 bedroom house. The room is furnished with a new king single bed, a desk and set of drawers; however, happy for you to bring your own bedroom furniture. Access to the house is via the driveway or steps - on-street parking available only. Fully fenced front yard with a washing line. Laundry and storage space in the large basement. Great high pressure shower (gas hot water) heat pump, unlimited broadband.

You’d be sharing with me (40-something professional woman) and every other week with my son also (17 years old - studying and working). We are fairly quiet, but light-hearted and fun household. We like to live in a clean and tidy home.
