We have a stand alone room to rent with its own en-suite . This room is perfect for a student and contains a bed, bedside locker, desk, fridge, microwave and kettle. Power, water and the highest speed fiber available. We are around the corner from newmarket’s new Westfield centre and broadway. There is no access to the main house or kitchen but washing machine and dryer is available. This place is around the corner from Westfield and close to transport

We are a family of 4 living in the main part of the house. 2 boys 8 and 16 yrs old parents work at home
