Very quiet and safe neighbourhood, the house is on a cul-de-sac, with no road noise. Parking on street.

I have 2 double bedrooms available, looking for females for these as they will share a family bathroom in between. See photos marked with Nr.2 and Nr.3. Bedroom Nr.2 is available NOW, bedroom Nr.3 will be available from 21 March (possibly earlier).

I have 3rd bedroom for rent which is larger, on the 1st floor with an en-suite. That is 280$ including utilities. Prefer a male tenant for that so we have a gender balance in the house.

All rooms come with a double bed, desk and chair, built-in wardrobe. Just bring your linen. Whiteware included.

There is a large kitchen, plenty of living space, a deck, on-street parking.

There are 2 bus stops 6min and 4min walk, the closest shopping mall with big shops are in Albany (approx 30min walking, 6min driving), but there is a vegetable shop, Asian grocer, bakery, gas station and fish market all within 4min walk.

Move-in cost 2x weeks deposit + 1 week in advance. Work references required will be passed to the landlord.

We are 3 mature working professionals from Latvia. Non-smokers, outdoorsy, love hiking, sustainable-oriented. Not a party house but occasionally enjoy a glass or two.
