Large, light filled apartment with a big balcony on a quiet street off Ponsonby Rd (Brown St). Great views to the west, with afternoon sun, views and epic sunsets. Apartment is open and breezy in summer, double glazed and cozy in winter. Building also has a huge roof terrace/ chill area with views of everything.
Fibre is being installed. Separate laundry area with washer and dryer. Kitchen has dishwasher.

Professional. Male. Tidy, house trained, independent, friendly and considerate. I returned to NZ just over a year ago after living in London. Busy job, keep active with gym, cycling and exploring the region in weekends.
