My partner and I are looking for a flatmate in Faringdon, Rolleston. Only 15-25 mins drive via new motorway to city.

It is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom home. There is 2 double rooms to choose from. You can use the other room for storage if required! You will have your own bathroom, it is right opposite one of the rooms. The house is fully furnished aside from the room.

Rent is $180 per week, including fibre internet, power, rent and household essentials (toilet paper, dishwash liquid, laundry power etc). You provide your own food and cooking.

We are also asking for a bond of $300, can be paid after moving in.

We have a cat, 2 rabbits and a budgie. Unfortunately we are not allowed anymore pets. Also we are not allowed a couple, sorry.
